Jordanics Confectionery is a concept in Keszthely. The confectionery operating since the sixties is a guarantee of quality, be it traditional or special ice cream. A place where not only the ice cream stands out, but also the cultural programs.
It was 1968 when Hey Jude by The Beatles was at the top of the charts, the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey was released, and Jordanics Confectionery opened in what was then Fürst Sándor (now Pethő) Street. Many of the local and nearby guests may still remember how the line snaked in front of the ice cream counter.
Much has changed since then, but the quality of the ice cream has not – they are still prepared with special care, according to the old traditions, taking into account the new age and new demands. In addition to classic flavors, special, own ideas also have a place, such as the Keszthely two-color, which is a combination of intense chocolate and spicy ginger peach, or adult beer and wine ice cream specialties. Those who like traditional flavors will not be disappointed, nor those who crave mango, pistachio or pomegranate yogurt, or even fig ricotta.
